We charge a flat rate for samples for new customers. For regular customers, we sometimes send out free samples for some product categories when there is a new launch.

For OEM and ODM sample, the cost varies for the mould, different material and craftsmanship of the product. Please contact us for the details of your requirements, we will quote you the sample cost and bulk order price.

Order Processing Time

For products in stock, 2-5 days; for others, 7-10 days.

Custom Sample Order: 3-7 days;

Custom Bulk Order: 7-20 days depending on the order quantity and product technique.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies for different shipping way. By fast express about a week arrive, by sea about a month.

Please be noted that due to the pandemic, shipping is getting more expensive and slower than usual. Express shipping may take up to 10-12 days to arrive sometimes.
