Other Specs
The production process for bulk customized cases is easy. After you settle down the designs and phone sizes, we will usually make a mockup for you. And after the confirmation of mockup, we will start making the sample. And only with your confirmation of the samples, we start manufacturing of the bulk order.

Do you accept custom order like OEM or ODM?
es, we do. We have a variety of styles available if you want to add your own logo.
And if you have your own design and specific requirements of the material and technique, we can do ODM for you.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via bank wire, Paypal.
At the checkout, you will see the options for you to choose the above payment ways.
Please be noted that for order amount above $2000, there will be a 4% surcharge for if using Paypal.
Do you offer free samples?
We charge a flat rate for samples for new customers. For regular customers, we sometimes send out free samples for some product categories when there is a new launch.

For OEM and ODM sample, the cost varies for the mould, different material and craftsmanship of the product. Please contact us for the details of your requirements, we will quote you the sample cost and bulk order price.

How long is takes to receive my order?
Order Processing Time
For products in stock, 2-5 days; for others, 7-10 days.
Custom Sample Order: 3-7 days;
Custom Bulk Order: 7-20 days depending on the order quantity and product technique.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies for different shipping way. By fast express about a week arrive, by sea about a month.
Please be noted that due to the pandemic, shipping is getting more expensive and slower than usual. Express shipping may take up to 10-12 days to arrive sometimes.
